Privilege Escalation to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM on the vulnerable VDA

A vulnerability has been identified that, if exploited, could result in a local user elevating their privilege level to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM on a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Windows VDA.
