KEYS: trusted: Fix memory leak in tpm2_key_encode()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KEYS: trusted: Fix memory leak in tpm2_key_encode() 'scratch' is never freed. Fix this by calling kfree() in the success, and in the error case.
